I particularly loved learning about the production of Parmeggiano Reggiano, prosciutto and balsamic vinegar, it definitely makes you appreciate the produce even more after that. The tastings were absolutely generous and not to mention the gourmet lunch after that? I was lucky enough to see the three beautiful nonnas making pasta in the laboratory! Let me just say the tortellini, tortelloni and tagliatelle will be the BEST thing you'll eat in Italy! It was something else! Of course the Ferrari museum was interesting but I was definitely more there for the food :) The tour guide and driver both took excellent care of every single one of us and it is definitely a 5 star luxurious tour! DO IT!!!
