Thanks to Isabella! We spent a wonderful day exploring the process of parmasean cheese, balsamic vinegar, prosciutto and Ferrari’s. The 1st 3 stops we’re all small artisanal producers making the tour so much more personal and interesting. And the Ferrari museum, which I expected to breeze through, was very well put together and interesting. It just could get any better...oh wait it did with a delicious lunch at Ca Bianco.
