The tour guide spoke excellent "Italian-English" and was most attentive to the needs of two semi-disabled people. The food tour was fascinating and the food samples simply delicious (helped by generous wine samples). Arrival at the Ferrari facility at Maranello was the realization of a life-long dream and we were not disappointed. Seeing the Ferrari complex at first hand was special. Test driving a Ferrari California HS around the local roads for half an hour was an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives. But, you know the best bit? The friendliness of the Italian people and our amusing tour guide. In fact, our tour guide made my visit to Ferrari very special by organizing a meeting with the Ferrari Museum director so I could deliver to him a copy of a New Zealand Ferrari related book,The Master Mechanic, which was received officially in to the Museum Library. Top marks to the whole TEAM for a very special day.
