Parma museums, theatres, libraries, galleries and cinemas is ready to welcome art enthusiasts with incredible alive events, exhibitions, shows, concerts, reviews, exhibitions. The panel is particularly rich. Here is a taste of three must-see exhibitions: ​

  • Giving a voice to the nature

    (open until 4 July 2021)

    The exhibition, hosted at Palazzo Tarasconi Soragna, is a comparison between painting and sculpture. Antonio Ligabue and Michele Vitaloni investigate the animal and instinctual part of the human being.

  • Design! Objects, processes, experiences

    (open until 29 August 2021)

    The exhibition is housed inside the Abbey of Valserena, home of the CSAC Archive-Museum. It is divided into three thematic areas: object, functional and symbolic dimension of the project and it showcases the projects of Italian designers such as Archizoom associates, Mario Bellini, Cini Boeri, Achille and Piergiacomo Castiglioni, Enzo Mari, Alessandro Mendini, Roberto Menghi, Bruno Munari, Alberto Rosselli, Roberto Sambonet, Ettore Sottsass.

  • Fornasetti. Theatrum Mundi

    (open until 25 July 2021).

    This is one of the most interesting and long-awaited exhibitions, hosted inside the Palazzo della Pilotta. On dispaly hundreds of Fornasetti brand creations interacting with classicism and creating a perfect dichotomy between contemporary design and ancient art.
